Holzworth Time Delay Standards products are designed to have extremely low additive phase noise.

The HX5200 Series Time Delay Standards are intended for use as part of an automated additive phase noise test system. The time delay operation is managed via a tune voltage that is fully compatible with the HA7000 Series Phase Noise Analyzers


HX5200 Series delay standards are only made available as ANSI z540 calibrated pairs to ensure test data accuracy.

The HX5200 Series are designed to work with broadband mechanical phase shifters to automate test system calibration. Holzworth also offers the HX5100 Series Electronic Phase Shifters that fully automate both the quadrature setting and the calibrations necessary for additive phase noise tests.
